Industrial furnace gas monitoring – CEMS

In INDIA, Tecnova HT provided a CEMS solution for industrial furnace gas monitoring in the metals and mining sector. The system was designed to measure and analyze critical parameters (NOx, CO, O₂), ensuring regulatory compliance while enhancing furnace performance.

Installed in a safe area environment, the monitoring solution delivered reliable, real-time data that allowed the end user to optimize combustion processes, reduce environmental impact, and improve energy efficiency.

This project demonstrates Tecnova HT’s capacity to design and implement robust emissions monitoring systems for industrial furnaces, reinforcing sustainability and efficiency in the global metals and mining industry.
